Job Description
We are experiencing phenomenal growth in 2013 and are adding to our staff to accommodate this.
ITG is adding positions at every level of the organization including this position as a Dispatcher.
The Dispatcher is responsible for providing communications and support for dispatch services and problem solving between the company and assigned customers. A tremendous emphasis is placed on follow through and a positive, up-beat attitude. Your ability to work effectively under pressure is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Dispatch and monitor technicians in ACSR and Penguindata
Review all accounts to verify each has been closed out correctly
Take calls from technicians, field supervisors, and customer regarding all field issues and have the ability to respond in a timely manner
Update all field supervisors and manager of any time frame issues
Verify all meter readings and pass along verification
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to sit for long periods of time while viewing a computer screen
Willingness to work extended and weekend hours as needed.

Strong typing and computer skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
