Piece Rate & Hourly depending on applicants experience as well as customers specific jobs. After 90 Day Introductory period, eligible for Health, Dental, Vision & Chiropractic.
Qualifications
2 years hands on, in the field, experience with OSP splicing & testing. • SM, MM, Fusion Splice, Ribbon Splice. • Testing, Troubleshooting (OTDR, PM)• Map & Print Reading. • Ability to do the administrative paperwork of: excel production sheets, pictures, cut sheets, test packages • Outside plant work (Manholes, Hand holes, MDU’s, Cell Nodes, etc) • Inside plant work (HUBs, MPOES, Rack Mounts, etc)• Traffic control setup with signs & cones. • Manhole setup & safety.
Other Requirements
Fiber Splicers Tool Bag & Tools. Must have a valid CA driver's license, clean driving record, and able to pass a drug test.

Fiber Optic Splicing company looking for Experienced Fiber Optics Splicers & Technicians who have knowledge and hands on experience in SM, MM, Fusion Splice, Ribbon Splice, Terminations, pushes, ring cuts, butt splices, mid-sheaths, manholes, hubs, re-entries, etc., OTDR Testing, Troubleshooting, Print Reading, Ability to do the administrative paperwork of production sheets, pictures, cut sheets, test packages. Outside plant and inside plant experience needed.
Working days Monday – Friday with possible Saturday and/or Sunday work as deadlines dictate.
Start time is 7am.
