$75/$20 Looking for experienced, certified( Jones NCTI, SBCA.) willing to train new hires as necessary. Guaranteed 90% +Installs.
Qualifications
Looking for an experienced qualified manager to run our newly acquired Dayton Market. We are also looking for Experienced Technicians for short time 30 to 90 day assignments as well as permanent assignments. We are also willing to train people with no or little experience looking to stay long term in the Dayton area. Experienced people are currently receiving 90% to 95% installs and 4 to 6 jobs per day. Everyone needs to be dedicated to Customer Sat and metrics given to us by the HSP.

* Valid/Current Driver's License * Valid/Current Social Security Card (Be able to work in United States) * MUST pass a background check and Drug Test * Be able to climb ladders * Must have a Van, Mini Van, SUV, Truck in good condition * Basic Tools
Job Description
National Satellite has been in business for 9 years with the Dayton, Ohio market being our newest market. We are a stable well respected company that does like to fill positions quickly, however will hold out for the right people. We are looking to start with 6 to 8 experienced techs and the same amount of local new non-experienced techs. We are also hoping to find the right person to fulfill a Site Manager position.
The Dayton market is an extremely well managed market by the HSP that gives the best work to the highest performing companies. We are treated like true partners which experienced techs would find refreshing to say the least. Customer Satisfaction and metrics are extremely important. Everything from showing your name badge at the door, to repeat service, to professionalism. Technicians committed to these metrics will do very well. Anyone that doesn't feel they can commit to these expectations need not apply because they will not make it.
We are looking to get these positions filed by the end of this week providing we find the right people. Background and Drug tests take 2 to 3 days and you can start immediately after that.
