150 for Business sales, 50 for residential, 1 door per door for MDU along with that property being yours to penetrate for residential sales.
Qualifications
Must have the drive to be a self starter and to be knowledgeable about the products you are selling.
Other Requirements
Prefer techs that are SBCA certified. Must have own car/or truck laptop or Ipad. Must communicate well and have attention to detail. Must have scanner/printer for work orders and submitting dailies.
Job Description
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above and below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
College degree preferred however not required
Three (2) years of direct sales experience required and one year of supervisory experience required, preferably in a Satellite or Cable environment.
General understanding of the Communications Satellite or Cable Television, Telephony/Wireless industry and or any equivalent experience.
A general understanding of installation methods/procedures and plant operation/technical knowledge is required.
Additional Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Proven sales experience. It is not necessary on satellite business; we'll train you to make you successful.
- Must be reliable and have own transportation.
- Appearance must be neat and professional at all times.
- Flexible schedule as a part time job, having the ability to organize and plan time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and team player.
Requires excellent organizational and communications skills.
Must be able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
Strong motivational and training skills with a desire to learn.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
Strong proficiency in Excel preferred.
Vehicle:
This position will require the use of your own vehicle and to be in good standing with local,
state and governmental motor vehicle agencies. You must also present proper documentation indicating said vehicle is insured and in good standing on a yearly basis.
