Pay
Pay rate will be production based. 20% of gross production per week. Ex: drill 3000 feet at 5 bucks a foot , 3000 split between the two of you. We will provide equipment and pay for diesel and upkeep. And provide one laborer. Any other is yours.
Qualifications
Looking for experienced driller for 16x20 / 20x22 Vermeer series II , also looking for one experienced locator (f2 digitrack). Must have a minimum of three years experience , good references , clean driving records, and pass drug test and job interview process. We are looking for persons commited for at least a two year contract. Cdl and excavator experience will be a plus for potential employees. Motivated persons and good attitudes a must.
