Dispatch Manager for a primary contractor doing installations for a large CATV multi-system operator.
must have strong leadership skills
must have exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, etc.
must have mastery of CATV Dispatch ops
implement company directives and see them through to a positive result.
able to build, maintain, and supply reports to upper management.
maintain open communication with all OPS management, total transparency
must be capable of scheduling and administrating, managing a crew of 20+ dispatcher-post callers.
