Qualifications
You must have previous industry related experience with the ability to coach & train; have an overall understanding of the work environment & process; must have an intermediate level of technical skills required to complete assignments; strong organizational skills; good writing & verbal skills; high school diploma/GED; valid driver license; must be able to lift 65 pounds, climb heights and crawl in small spaces; and must be able to work under pressure;
Other Requirements
You must have your own truck/van/suv and must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen urinalysis.

Must carry out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with company's policies & guidelines. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning/directing work, appraisal performances; rewarding &
disciplining employees, addressing complaints & solving problems. Other duties include overseeing technicians; coordinating any VIP projects; accounting for all jobs & verifying that all daily work is in the default technician numbers; working with dispatch to ensure proper completion of all jobs; and checking with technicians at the conclusion of each day to ensure all jobs are completed & closed. You must show exemplary service to customers, corporate leadership, supervisors & technicians. You must be able to recruit, train & motivate technicians and instill a professional, customer service driven attitude. Multi-tasking is a necessity to include solving issues with customers, technician scheduling and morale, while following all company policies & safety procedures.
