Qualifications
5 years minimum experience in a professional engineering organization
-Management experience with a staff of 8 or more.
-Engineering Management or Business Degree preferred.
-Possess strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications- Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD and/or other engineering software and project management programs
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Job Description
-Oversee the execution of the on-site design and field engineering efforts and meet the production, quality and profitability objectives set for the project.
-Maintain and develop the project specific engineering processes and procedures.
-Maintain quality control of the engineering product.
-Prepare reports for Client and AEG management as required.
-Interface with clients to resolve design and engineering production issues.
-Support Project Managers and assist in project planning, production expectations
-Manage field walk-out managers and permitting as well as required Make-Ready Engineering
