Job Description

Job Title: Direct Sales Recruiter
Area: Lake Havasu City, AZ-West Region
Classification: Full Time/Benefited/Exempt

Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Recruiter will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of Direct Sales Representatives to help the organization meet our business objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will engage in innovative recruitment strategies, including social media and community-based recruitment campaigns. The Direct Sales Recruiter will be responsible for a full-cycle recruiting plan and strategy, including interviewing, testing and referring applicants for other positions such as clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the region. This position will have the full responsibility for sourcing candidates. They will provide expert consulting of human resources recruiting policies and procedures, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. The Direct Sales Recruiter will conduct New Employee Orientation for Direct Sales Representatives on their first day. They will be an expert in PeopleFluent, our company recruiting database and attain other duties and projects as assigned.

Illustrative Accountabilities:
• Ensures that recently hired Direct Sales Representatives have adapted successfully.
• Establishes and utilizes relationship with employment agencies, as needed.
• Markets job postings along with attending job fairs and various outreach initiatives while staying within budget.
• Maintains contact with organizations that specialize in targeted candidate referrals consistent with FCC/EEO/AAP requirements.
• Adequately maintains required data to effectively meet any and all regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ability to create and give professional, high energy presentations to groups of people.
• Provides career and interview guidance to employees.
• Consults with line management on staffing and recruiting needs.
• Conducts Human Resource compliance training, as needed.
• Facilitates process improvements with their supervisor.
• Takes initiatives that positively affect processes within the scope of the recruiting function.
• Creates and maintains trending and analysis reports on regional labor market data.
• Creates and maintains cost-per-hire, recruiting sources/budget, turnover, Direct Sales staffing analysis, headcount, and other related staffing information and reports.
• Effectively communicates and/or presents reports to HR Generalist III and management team.
• Responsible for EEO/AA Public Data Filing.
• Responsible for Employee Referral Bonus Program and delivering New Employee Orientation.
• Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
BS/BA in related field, or equivalent combination of both education and HR work experience. Minimum two years staffing/interviewing/recruiting experience. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to effectively interact with a diverse employee population and public. Strong organization and administrative skills. Knowledge of Human Resources management principles/theory, employment laws and regulations, and required governmental reporting. Accountable to goals and tasks given. Proven and proficient skill level in Microsoft Office Software including: Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to travel 25%-30% routinely, up to 50% occasionally.
