Job Description
We are in need of professionals to join our team installing and servicing residential broadband cable products in the east valley area of Phoenix, AZ.
This is a fast paced, physically demanding position that requires a keen focus on details and extending excellent customer service.
*MUST PASS AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN
*MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRUCK, VAN, OR SUV
OR
Must be 25 or older and have clean MVR if applying to be furnished a company vehicle.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES
•Installing and/or repairing cable TV, high speed internet, and telephone service
•Performing upgrades, downgrades, and special request orders
•Installing drops, outlets, converters, modems, and phone equipment in customer's homes
•Measuring, recording, and determining cable signals are within acceptable parameters
•Troubleshooting problems
•Lifting and climbing a 28' ladder
•Educating customers on products and services
•Working both outdoors and in customer's homes
•2 weeks paid vacation per year
•One weekday & one weekend day off consecutively per week
•Paid Training
•Advancement opportunities
