DirecTV Technician needed for Huntsville area work

We are currently seeking a DirecTV technician for work primarily in Huntsville/Decatur region.
Starts
Immediately, after passing a background check, which typically takes 1-2 business days.
Pay
Pay is weekly, after a two week hold (not our choice)This is NOT HSP work, we only do Retail installation fulfillment. No BS, no in house chargebacks, no on time gaurantee chargeback, none of that. We run a tight ship, but our checks always cash.
Qualifications
SBCA certification is a plus, but not required. Experience installing DirecTV, Dish, or other cable, and/or satellite systems is required. This is primarily DirecTV work, but the crossover training wont take a day or two to complete. You must have a dependable vehicle, and all the tools of the trade, ladders, wrenches, meter, etc. We may be able to help with get you a meter, if you do not have one.
Other Requirements
Our office is South of Double Springs, AL. We cover all of North West Alabama, from Birmingham to the Tennessee line. You will be required to come to our office at least once a week to load out equipment, and turn your hard copies in. Daily emailing of paperwork is required. We are only looking for the best techs there are.
Job Description
Our company only does Retail installations, we wont touch anything from an HSP provider, and never will. We supply you with all the materials needed to install the jobs to spec, routes are delivered daily BEFORE 5pm, and there are never any equipment issues. DDOT also provides all the liability insurance to cover your activities, so all you have to do is show up, and put the jobs in. You have no upfront parts and supplies costs, and there isnt anything to cut from your check. EVER.
