Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for the successful and profitable management of a market while overseeing operations of facilities, warehouse, fleet, reporting, safety and training daily procedures. Ensure projects are executed to the customer’s satisfaction and in accordance with industry and Company standards while reporting directly to the Corporate Headquarters.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Oversee business financials while providing feedback and reporting to Senior Management
2. Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld
3. Supervise lower level managers, warehouse, administrative and field personnel
4. Assist in business development at market level while supporting management teams with initiatives/projects as necessary
5. Direct and oversee work to meet customer and Company specifications
6. Establish and manage all aspects of the local office operations to ensure annual profit targets are achieved
7. Establish, monitor and manage annual capital expenditure, annual budget and forecast reports, monthly budget updates and P&L forecasts
8. Evaluate and select local subcontractors in accordance with established procedures, the applicable Codes and Standards and customer needs; determine which products and services will be subcontracted and when
9. Establish and manage manpower requirements
10. Evaluate industry trends, potential customers, forecast sales and standard product requirements
11. Establish sales and marketing strategies for the local office in cooperation with the Regional VP and Corporate Sales Team
12. Provide quotation follow-up, evaluation of win/loss patterns, monthly/annual sales forecast and prepare reports as required
13. Initiates projects, including identifying and analyzing preliminary needs, budget considerations, time and resources estimates and defining the project scope and objectives
14. Interface and cooperate with other markets as required, including providing supports for specific projects or provisions of manpower and equipment

Position Requirements Qualifications:

Technical Skills
• Must be able to provide record and manage paperwork via hardcopy and electronic format
• Organized with a strong attention to detail and capable of working with minimum supervision
• Must be able to read, comprehend and interpret site plans, construction drawings and scopes of work
• Must be able to create materials list based on plans/scope of work, order and compile materials for crew in advance of deployment
• Industrial First Aid and CPR certifications and experience
• Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety and general industry knowledge
• Job related certifications such as safety, rescue, connector training and experience with various manufacturers
• Working experience in the presence of Radio Frequency Emissions
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
Soft Skills:
• Strong understanding of Selling, General and Administrative Expenses (SG&A), Profit and Loss Statement (P&L)
• Ability to motivate, lead, teach and train on proper work and safety procedures
• Leadership and negotiation, conflict management, analytical and problem solving capabilities, strong customer orientation
• Strong business minded consultative approach with focus on profitability and margin
• Working knowledge of business processes, including tender and sales
• Strong financial understanding; ability to interpret project financial indicators and use them as part of the decision making process
• Gather financial information from internal systems
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
Physical Requirements:
• Local and out of state travel as required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
• May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
• Position requires working outdoors in all types of weather
• Must possess valid driver’s license
