Starting salary of $90 to $100k annual depending on experience and successes. 401K, paid vacations.Company vehicle.
Qualifications
Candidate must have at least 4 years of successful experiences in managing fiber and cable construction projects. Management expierience with underground, aerial, MDU construction, commercial building wiring, coax and fiber splicing.
Other Requirements
Successful candidate will have proven ability to manage motivate and mentor teams of Managers, Supervisors, Field staff, Clerical staff and Subcontracting companies. Must have demonstrable strong computer skills.
Job Description
- Provide leadership and direction to existing management team.
- Develop good working relationship with the company's client.
- Ensure company is providing the highest quality work.
- Prepare weekly invoicing in a timely and accurate manner to the company's corporate accounting staff.
- Regular field visits to crews job sites to monitor safety, productivity and morale.
- Resolve all issues with clients by using a team model to get feedback on problems.
- Ensure all goals are met and all jobs are completed on time and within client pricing models.
