Job Description

To summarize the job description, Pavlov Media is searching for the ideal candidate that has project management experience who comes with background in IT, satellite systems and construction. We seek candidates who understand networking components, how they interact and the construction of those systems in a commercial environment. This person must be comfortable talking with General Contractors on update status of projects and working cooperatively to make sure all systems are installed to standards. This person must also be comfortable with traveling to locations across the United States to check on projects. Our busiest time of year is from April - August which is where most traveling will occur.




• Review standardized project hand-off documents such as the ROI, Sales to Project Management Handoff (CRM workflows), Letters of Intent, Contracts, Agreements, or any other documentation pertinent to conducting a project
• Work with other departments to ensure that the project can be successfully deployed by making sure that documentation from those departments is complete and accurate.
• Schedule and coordinate all Project Kickoff meetings with stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, NOC, warehouse, Field Ops)
• Generate the suite of standardized project documents required to receive approval and communicate progress both internally and externally
• Enter all necessary information in Pro-M, review and process Contractor Schedule of Values, making sure that relevant information is entered into a cost database for future estimating purposes.
• Review invoices and pay requests, ensuring that the amount requested for payment is commensurate with the percentage of completion.
• Require lien waivers to be submitted by the contractor for all suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Generate the financial budget (Baseline) for any given project and be able to identify/justify this financial metric with the use of Engineering specifications and work-ups
• Report, record, and document any and all parameters, metrics, or specificities of each project
• Prepare status reports, update financial reporting tools, and inform all sponsors/stakeholders of project progress during the deployment
• Generate, track, and control “Change Orders” via the standardized forms and reporting methods
• Communicate and coordinate the efforts and actions of the sub-contractor in accordance with the project scope and mission
• Communicate and coordinate with each property manager and staff to ensure smooth and efficient project evolutions, particularly related to access to areas of each property
• Generate all necessary information and documentation required to communicate the outcome of the project both internally and externally
• Utilize the Pavlov internal ProRM/CRM system to store, record, and maintain the documentation of the project evolution
• Communicate summarization of project achievements to the sponsorship/stakeholders involved
• Hold a Project Closing Meeting to ensure understanding and continuity of the project deliverables (as-builts, manifests, etc.) within each support department (NOC, Field Ops) responsible for the property after closing the project
