Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
One to three years supervisory experience
*College degree or three years of relevant work in CATV OPS required*
Excellent customer service, sales and leadership skills
Proven leadership, communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
Prior sales experienced preferred.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet customer and team needs.
Excellent attendance and tardiness record.

Job Description
Seeking experienced FT CATV supervisors: 1 position for the Columbus, Ohio area and 1 position for the Findlay, Ohio area.
Responsible for supervising the field operations and ensuring customers receive the highest level of quality service during installation and repair of all products. Interviews, coaches, trains, monitors and evaluates Field Service Representatives in a team environment. Works with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve department goals regarding the acquisition and service of customers.
Principle accountabilities will be discussed during interview.
