Pay
Based on experience. We offer competitive wage and benefit packages. And, daily out of town per diem. Company supplies work truck foreman), tools, equipment, phone, laptop, etc.
Other Requirements
Travel out of town Monday-Friday is the normal. Some weekends are required. Must possess an active CDL and DOT Med Card.
Job Description
Experience with underground fiber construction is a must. Locating for the drills, experience with horizontal drills and backhoes.
Duties include assuring safety, quality and cost goals are being met. Managing the work load and unknowns throughout the day, reporting back to a supervisor as needed. Trouble shooting skills and team management skills are essential.
Foreman’s overall role is to verify that all workers at the project site are working safely and efficiently and that everything is going according to the suggested plan- and respond appropriately when it is not.
