Qualifications
Responsibilities:
• Must have a minimum 5 years experience working with mana splicers and contractors.
• Must be experienced with Fiber To The Home (FTTH) projects.
• Must be able to accurately read matrix and splicing documents.
• Must be able to troubleshoot fiber optic cable issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

We are currently hiring for the position for Fiber Splicing Coordinator. Bear is the prime contractor for a large and high profile Fiber to the Home project in the Kansas City area. We are searching for an individual to coordinate and oversee part of our fiber splicing team. This job involves working with our splicers on a daily basis to ensure quality standards are being met, any issues that arise in the field are resolved, customer service levels are maintained at a high level, etc. Mainly you will be responsible for making sure that our companies standards are being met and our Fiber Splicing team is performing at a high level.
This is a full-time long term position. We will provide you with a company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, etc. This is not a high stress position. Thank you for your interest.
