We are currently hiring for the position of Field Supervisor. Bear is the prime contractor in the Kansas City market for a very large and high profile Fiber to the Home project. We are looking to ad a Field Supervisor to our staff to manage the aerial and underground drop placement crews that we have working for us. This position involves daily oversight of the crews to verify quality standards are met, customer service is maintained, production goals are exceeded, deadlines are met, etc. You will be responsible for ensuring that our companies high standards are met on a daily basis. This is not a high-pressure 7-Day a week position like most Cable-TV management positions. This is a M/F job with rotating on call Saturdays. No timeframes to be late for or routes to run when your tech calls in sick. This is just placing drops to homes and businesses in a safe and professional manner.
This is a full time and long term position. We offer an excellent benefits package along with a company vehicle and a moving allowance for those out of state candidates.
