Telecommunication - Aerial Construction Field Supervisor
Communications Constructions Group, LLC – Massachusetts
Telecommunications Company seeks a full time CATV Aerial Field Supervisor to work in the Massachusetts area; responsible for overseeing all day to day activities of the field personnel & assist Regional Operations Manager with duties to which he/she is assigned. Prior experience, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent required and be authorized to work in the U.S. EOE.
Duties Include:
Responsible for workforce compliance with all safety regulations including all OSHA requirements.
Interact with contractors and field personnel regarding work completion, and resolve conflicts when necessary.
Filing complete and accurate accident reports (Workers Compensation, Auto and General Liability), including claim resolution with home owners.
Review work and confirm its completion according to customer specifications.
Responsible for vehicle maintenance and inventory control of all on-site equipment and tools.
Review and authorize daily work reports.
At times, may be required to perform work along with field personnel.
Skills:
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of CATV construction
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving skills
Highly organized
Ability to occasionally lift 100 lbs.
Must have earned high-school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of cable construction experience
Occasional overnight travel required
Must have valid driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
