We are one of the nations largest Sales and Promotional Companies for DIRECTV. We focus mainly on acquiring customers via door to door sales and events (Home Shows, Chamber of Commerce function, Fairs, etc...). We focus on quality of customers while maintaining quantity.
Job Description:
Your duties will include recruiting, interviewing, placing classified employment ads, training and mentoring sales people. Our Managers are NOT "desk Jockeys" or Mouse Clickers". We are working in the field with our staff daily. Your territory will be Update New York and Northern Pennsylvania.
Qualifications for a Sales Trainer and Recruiter are:
*2+ years Sales and recruitment experience REQUIRED
*Reliable transportation
*Motivation of staff
*Daily reporting to upper management
*Be a self-starter
*Have a ‘can do’ attitude with energy and enthusiasm
*Management and leadership skills
*Business development techniques and best practices
*Relationship building
*How to develop and mentor others
*How to succeed long term in the lucrative sales field
*Utilize established, proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals
*Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet our expectations
