Job Description
Immediate positions available for Installers **** New****
We are currently seeking Technicians for residential and commercial cable installation. We have positions available immediately in the Boston area for qualified techs. We are also looking to fill positions for Home Automation, Audio/Video, and Security Installers.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Installation of all provided Comcast services -- cable television including digital equipment, High Speed Internet, and Comcast Digital Voice telephone service.
2. Prepare accurate legible and timely records including customer work orders, mileage, production, and job completion checklists.
3. Work in a safe manner at all times.
4. Ability to remain flexible and assist in other areas of the business which may include high end integration jobs, as required due to work load, on a temporary basis.
5. Must be able to clearly communicate with customers in English.
6. You will need to be able to work within the following conditions:
A)Work in small confined spaces (Crawl Spaces, attics) and with heights up to 28' (roofs, and Pole climbing) cannot be Claustrophobic, or afraid of heights.
B) Work in all types of weather
C) Work consistently during the day, standing, climbing, crawling, kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting properly approximately 50 to 78 lbs.
D) You must not have any issues with breathing, extreme allergies, back problems, knee or ankle issues and be able to wear work boots with steel toe.
Requirements
1. Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years driving experience, and semi-clean driving record.
2. Company trucks are available and gas is provided.
3. Must pass Criminal Background Check & Drug Screen.
4. Related work experience a plus but not required. IT Background a plus.
5. Ability to maintain a neat /clean, and professional appearance that reflects well on the Company and clients.
