Job Description
Wiseconnect Inc is currently seeking a Wireless Project Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large projects.
- Works as a team member or runs individual projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
- Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensure adherence's to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Communicates with internal clients and external vendors.
- Directly manage daily activities for construction for all new cell site builds
- Scheduling of project activities, coordinating and monitoring of outside Vendor activities and actions for design, engineering, Telco construction, equipment installation/procurement/delivery, budget and cost management, as well as daily issue and conflict resolution.
- Project specific reports including schedule, budget, quality and an action item register and jeopardy logs - clearly identifying issues/jeopardy items, aging, responsible party and target date for resolution and/or escalation.

Required: Wireless cell site design, wireless cell site construction, wireless cell site power, wireless cell site telco/transport mediums, wireless cell site RF systems, quality controls, communicator.
