Experienced triple play technician preferred but we are willing to train. The ideal candidate should have basic plant knowledge, ability to install video, internet and telephone, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work long hours and in all types of weather conditions.

Must have a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license. Must be able to pass an extensive background check. Able to pass a drug test. Able to lift up to and including 100 pounds. Must be a team oriented, self motivated individual.

Install cable TV, high speed internet and telephone. Must meet all quality control standards as outlined by the MSO. Must be able to perform new connects, reconnects, disconnects, upgrades and downgrades. Able to troubleshoot all three services with the use of a digital signal meter as well as knowledge of the plant.

Responsibilities include:

-Communicate with dispatch throughout the day to ensure that all time frames are met
-Install video, internet and telephone
-Ability to operate a van or similar size vehicle
-Climb ladders and poles to heights of 40 feet
-Frequently lift objects that weigh up to 100 pounds
-Bend, reach, kneel or stand for extended periods of time
-Work in confined spaces
-Ability to safely use hand tools including power tools
-Perform customer education on all services installed in the home
