Qualifications
Prior experience, a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent and be authorized to work in the U.S. EOE
Other Requirements
Posses the ability and willingness to follow direction, work independently or in a team & communicate professionally with co-workers , homeowners, and customers. Climb telephone poles approx. 20' in Height. Lift or pull 100 lbs several times a day. Endure long periods of standing, sitting or walking. Work outdoors in all climates, and be willing to travel.
Job Description
Duties Include but are not limited to the following :
Performing tasks associated with the electronic upgrade and splicing of coaxial cable for cable television systems.
Maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment
Assemble equipment according to design specifications
Arrive at location, and install equipment on pole, or in pedestal, using various hand tools
Test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation
Operate vehicle and bucket lift safely, following all safety and traffic regulations
Basic daily maintenance of provided vehicle- check fluids, clean and organize vehicle
Prepare paperwork to track daily production, and accurately record completed work on job site blueprints
Other responsibilities as directed by Supervision
