Job Description
Experience in terminating, splicing and prepping of Fiber Optic pedestals and enclosures. Proficient in OTDR, power meter and PON testing with various types of Equipment. Experience in splicing and repairs of new and existing plant, buried and aerial using all types of construction methods and manufacture procedures. Experience in mounting building entrance terminals and terminating within them. Have knowledge to preform cutovers, working with live circuits within maintenance windows. Travel is required. 3-5 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry as well as experience managing jobs from start to finish, knowledge or RUS units & descriptions and knowledge of Microsoft office programs (specifically Excel) is preferred.
