$1000 sign on bonus being offered for experienced triple play technicians with good metrics. Must remain with company for a minimum of 90 days to receive bonus. Call for details.
Qualifications
Must be an experienced triple play technician and capable of maintaining good metrics (trouble call rate, quality, etc.) Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies past 7 years/no misdemeanors past 3 years) and drug screen. General liability insurance also required.
Other Requirements
Must have reliable truck, meter, and tools required.
Job Description
Immediate work available for experienced triple play techs. The technician will perform installation, upgrades, downgrades, and/or disconnection of cable, high speed internet service, and digital telephone service. A daily part of the responsibilities include troubleshooting customer's wiring to isolate and repair service related problems. Educating customers on how to properly operate the equipment and services installed is also a fundamental requirement of this position. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP and CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key to success in this industry.
