Must have AT&T experience, be able to lash all types of aerial cable, pole transfers, pole setting and removals, must be able to read AT&T work prints and knowledge of ACAS SYSTEM a plus. Must be computer literate( time sheets and unit sheets) and email. Must be able to climb in all situations where bucket is non accessible. Rear easement pole dolly experience a plus. Must have at least 5 years experience, clean driving record, and be drug free. Must have three verifiable references.

Prefer later model bucket, T-40 or equivalent, with lashers and all aerial equipment. Individuals will be considered without truck but must have all climbing tools, good driving record etc. Will put individual on our buckets with tools for the right individual. Looking for individual that is able to travel and wants to grow with our company. Great opportunity for a hard worker who wants to advance. Individual or subcontractor will be performing line maintenance work on AT&T plant in Indiana. Pole transfers, lashing cable & fiber, pole setting and removal. Cable removals etc. Contractors will be required to have all truck & tools necessary to perform this applications. Individuals will have to have necessary climbing tools. All crews must be self sufficent and experienced in AT&T practices & reporting. Must take the good with the bad, not all rear easement but some. Must be able to speak well and have good verbal communications skills. Appearance is a factor & tatoos and jewelry of any kind will not be tolerated. Have good driving record and be drug free.
