Job Description
Site Manager: Including but not limited to the following: Provides general oversight and responsibility for a specific office/warehouse location, it's employees, 1099 contractor technicians and all operations emanating from that location. Manages, motivates, counsels, instructs, disciplines and commends employees and 1099 contractor techs. Responsible for reports and administrative requirements. Responsible for holding scheduled organizational and training meetings with techs and management including monthly training videos as required by DirecTV. Responsible for building maintenance and security. Responsible for all inventory under manager's control and the proper usage of inventory control systems and distribution of all inventory.
Warehouse Manager: Responsible for managing the inventory in the warehouse as well as tracking of inventory issued to technicians. This includes serialized equipment, non-serialized, and drop materials. Uses tracking and control system to manage the inventory to prevent any shrinkage from theft, loss or careless inventory control. Responsible for taking inventory, submitting reports to the site manager for ordering and tracking purposes. Prepares equipment orders for technicians and checks equipment out to each tech using the inventory control system. Responsible for picking up issued equipment from DirecTV warehouse and logging it in to the inventory control system. Warehouse manager is also responsible for the general order, security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Field Supervisor: Manages technicians in the field, providing on-site assistance necessary to insure the highest level of customer service and high quality installations. This include customer contact and customer service responsibilities to encourage the best customer satisfaction score and NPS score possible. A field supervisor must be a highly skilled technician and able to advise field techs and provide them with accurate advise and counseling as needed. Must be a people person and know how to positively motivate. Must be a good with managing time. Also assists with doing QAs as needed.
QA Tech: This is a lead tech position. Must be highly experienced and well versed in DirecTV QA requirements. QA certification is desired but not required. We can help get you the QA cert. Must have a history of high quality installations and service. A friendly professional personality is required as you often have contact with the customer. Provides accurate reporting to the Site manager regarding the results of QAs. Must be able to advise technicians and effectively educate them on proper DirecTV installation requirements.
