We are currently interviewing for the position of Operations Manager-Phoenix. This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of our Phoenix area drop placement department.
Job Description:
-Provide vision, direction and management to existing and future Bear employees and contractors
-Motivate, mentor and provide direction to your field team
-Ability to analyze projects to track costs and improve processes
-Prepare and ensure that project goals are met on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
-Ability to investigate project cost variances
-Ensuring efficient processes are in place
-Ensure projects are completed on time
-Ensure all weekly production goals are met
-Communicates key milestones, issues and status.
-Resolves issues affecting production scope, quality, effort, risk, and timeline
-Reviews and provides feedback on production deliverables (product requirements, functional specifications, etc.)
