Qualifications
Minimum 2 years osp fiber splicing experience, experience with turning up different types of switching equipment. DC power experience is a plus. Proficient with a computer, word and excel. Familiar with DWDM and CWDM technology and couplers. Must possess a great attitude, ability to problem solve and work independent of others, must be able to coop with stress and long days/nights. Job has a lot of weekly travel but we bring home on weekends.
Other Requirements
All vehicle and tools provided by company, if you have your own we can compensate for use.
Job Description
Installing equipment and AC and DC powering up, turn up equipment and testing with customers NOC centers, splicing osp fiber and FDP pigtails.
