NX Utilities LLC is seeking a full time Fiber Closeout Quality Control Clerk for the West Norristown, Pennsylvania area.
Position Description:
The dispatcher role is responsible for the on- going review of active projects to ensure that the placement and installation of fiber optic pathways are in compliance with both NX Utilities and our customers standards, methods and placement techniques are recorded and updated to the clients software. This individual will input, review, evaluate the work being performed, make recommendations and suggestions on how to bring the work up to the established standards within time frames and capture all of the necessary information to complete each work order. This individual will interface with both local and corporate management of Verizon and NX Utilities teams.
Position Requirements:
Attention to detail and previous experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to interface with customers. This position requires computer skills operating in the Microsoft suite of products Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and customer supplied proprietary databases. This position will require to process high volumes of work product and ability to adapt to changing priorities and/or task as need it. This position will require background check and drug screen.
