Qualifications
Must have all tools and equipment and must provide proof of proper insurance limits ON ALL LINES OF COVERAGE for consideration. Our customer requires that all workers in this system have a current MVR and criminal background check conducted along with a drug test.
Other Requirements
Insurance requirements: GL-$1,000,000; Auto-$1,000,000; UM-$1,000,000 WC-$500,000 with System Services and our customer both named as additional insured on all lines of coverage except worker's comp. System Services Broadband and our customer both must be granted waiver of subrogation on all lines of coverage.
