Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years of experience in utility construction. Must have own insurance.
Other Requirements
Sub must provide own equipment: --- For buried/underground work, preferred equipment includes boring machine (directional drill), mini excavator, backhoe, trailers, water pump, etc. --- For aerial work, preferred equipment includes bucket truck, climbing gear, cable lashers, etc.
