NetGain Marketing has secured door to door sales work in partnership with Suddenlink Communications for its base in the Dallas market. The hiring process begins now; a 60 day window is provided for securing the proper candidate.
Pay
The following is the compensation breakdown that will be offered: 1. Base salary of $21,600 per year; 2. Generous commission payout for RGU sales made; 3. Supplementary override on all sales made; 4. Total Compensation Package - $53,650.00/year.
Qualifications
The following requirements will be guidelines for this position: 1. Two years sales management experience (any industry); 2. One year minimum experience in door to door sales; 3. Resume references for previous management jobs required (specifically contact names and phone numbers)

Job Description
NetGain Marketing is now hiring a Regional Manager for the state of Texas. The initial position, and the above reflected compensation package, is based on a Dallas market in partnership with Suddenlink Communications. The title of Regional Manager allows for expansion to other Texas markets, and cable operators; so the income mentioned is really an initial payout without expansion included. The job description includes the following: 1. Selling cable, internet, and telephony products door to door; 2. Recruiting of additional sales reps; 3. Training of those reps; 4. Running the entire project from beginning to end. All advertising needed for recruiting purposes will be paid for by the company. A company training manual is also available. All details not addressed in this ad will be discussed at the interview.
