Qualifications
MUST HAVE 5 YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE. NEED SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN ALL LINES OF BUSINESS IN THE CABLE INDUSTRY, CERTIFICATIONS WILL WEIGH IN YOUR FAVOR. WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE GUYS WHO KNOW ABOUT METRIC PERFORMANCE, THAT CAN DEVELOP THEIR TEAM AND KEEP THEM IN SPEC.

TRUCK, TOOLS, METER, HANDHELD, and UNIFORMs ARE PROVIDED
Job Description
Must supervise and own your assigned team of technicians.
Must ensure team members are on time, ID badged, uniform-appearance
Conduct inspections on your team's work
Assist with truck inspections
Provide training for techs not performing to required standards
Ensure all team members are proficient in the use of Symbol and Signal Level Meter.
Complete Go-Backs, Escalations, and Field Surveys as needed to address the concerns of Customers. Support field operations as directed by management.
Your team will be expected to meet the required performance metrics. MUST DEVELOP YOUR TEAM AND MAINTAIN ITS PERFORMANCE WITHIN REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS.
