Job Description
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to come work with us. If you have extensive ties to the industry and have marketing experience this might be the job for you. Must find technicians, set up promotions to offer new technicians, and interface with our management. You must coordinate proper onboarding procedures and make sure the technician has a smooth entrance into the system.
This is a commission based system and could prove to be very lucrative to the right person. You will get paid weekly for every technician placed in any of our markets. As long as they are working you are getting paid, and the more people = the higher the commission. We are looking to be and on track to be one of the largest sub prime contracting companies in the country. We have the management, we have the locations, we even have a lot of techs, but we are missing you.
