Pay
We need the very best techs who need to earn $1,200-$2,000 weekly. Paid weekly--2 weeks out. Sorry, we do not pay motel bills or travel pay. If you need that you are not the kind of tech we are looking for. Piece rate--email for payouts.
Qualifications
Experienced Fiber To The Home AND triple play techs and drop bury techs who have a late model vehicle properly insured and equipped with ladder rack (luggage racks don't qualify)28 ft extension ladder with hooks and grip, and all necessary tools. Those equipped to hang and splice fiber drops are given top priority! Also must be properly trained on safety standards for work around high voltage and low voltage plant and equipment. Must have all safety gear and proper ladder handling training
Other Requirements
Must be clean cut and always present a professional image and your vehicle must also present a great image at all times. Must have strong customer relations skills and understand proper conduct and communication techniques. If you are not equipped to climb you can still do installation work if you qualify. Image,image image and professionalism all the way is what we are looking for. On time every morning and must be able to close out work orders electronically.
Job Description
We are in our 7th year as a Prime Contractor for MetroNet-a Fiber To The Home MSO that is growing aggressively while so many other companies are losing customers like crazy! We are launching a brand new system Friday, June 7th in West Lafayette (home of Purdue University) AND Lafayette, Indiana. We have several different needs. We need techs properly equipped and trained to hang and splice in fiber drops. 5-10 minute splice per drop. We also need techs to perform triple play installations and properly equipped and trained drop bury crews. We can also use 10 solid traditional installation techs for work in Southern Indiana and Louisville for the MSO there. We can also use door to door sales reps in Indiana and other states. If you are clean cut, always dress and conduct yourself in a very professional manner we are interested. Must have proper safety training and gear, boots, etc and ALWAYS keep your vehicle and work site clean and neat!!! We have tons of work and will be very busy for years--more launches coming!!! Only the very best techs and reps who do the very best work every single time need apply.
