Qualifications
We are currently seeking to fill a position for a Regional Trainer/Regional QA Manager. Experience as a service or quality control technician preferred but not required. A minimum of six months experience installing and servicing DirecTV.
Other Requirements
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Conducting training classes for new hires.
*Monitoring trainees through the five-week training program.
*Administering certification exams.
*Monitoring and filtering through quality-control reports for assigned markets. *Provide training for assigned markets for new product rollouts.
