Prices are piece rate. All task have an associated payout. We will not ask you to place HH as part of the plow or Bore price.
Qualifications
We are looking for Subcontractors as well as W2 employees. If you have experience and want to work for an honest company that values it's Technicians, give us a call. We are always looking for long-term team members.

Job Description
We have multiple OSP projects consisting of duct placement and some limited direct bury cable. The percentage of bore footage to plow or trench footage has averaged 65% bore / trench and 35% bore over the past 1 1/2 years. We do not accept or assign any project where we anticipate rock unless discussed and accepted by our Subcontractor. We work hard to stay out in front of all of our crews and resolve issues before they delay production. This is a true team environment where we make every effort possible to insure our Subcontractors and W2 crews get the most production footage possible. We pride ourselves in being a progressive company where everyone's opinion is encouraged and considered.
