Qualifications
All subcontractor crewmembers on these projects are subject to stringent background requirements including criminal background check, drug test and MVR. Company references will also be required.
Other Requirements
MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PROPER INSURANCE LIMITS ON ALL LINES OF COVERAGE for consideration. Insurance requirements: GL-$1,000,000; Auto-$1,000,000; UM-$1,000,000 WC-$500,000 with System Services and our customer both named as additional insured on all lines of coverage except worker's comp. System Services Broadband and our customer both must be granted waiver of subrogation on all lines of coverage.
