Unit pricing, weekly invoicing and pay is weekly for employees and Net 30 for companies. Sign On Bonus paid 1/2 @ 45 days and 1/2 at 90 days.
Qualifications
Must have verifiable fiber splicing experience and a reputation of quality work. Must have at least 5 of fiber optic splicing, testing and troubleshooting experience.
Other Requirements
Must have appropriate tools and a clean, late model vehicle.
Job Description
Bear Communications is looking for 15 Fiber Splicing crews to join our team in Kansas City. This is a Long-Term project throughout the KC Metro area. We are interested in individuals or companies with several splicers that are looking for a good company to work for. Bear has active projects in different states across the country so if you're tired of getting kicked around give us a call. For those who are willing to do good work you will not have to worry about getting paid or worry about the work drying up.
If you're interested please be ready to provide us with your past experience in fiber optics, the equipment you'll be using, and at least 3 solid references who can speak to the quality of work you perform.
