Pay
You have the potential to earn up to $1,500 or more depending how hard you are willing to work while producing a quality installation according to system specs.
Qualifications
Looking for techs that take pride in their work. You will be required to complete jobs to MSO's spec. Jobs will be QC'ed. All jobs require a home cert test with passing levels. We have year round work for high quality techs.
Other Requirements
NCTI/Jones or SCTE a plus, Must have own late model dependable truck (White preferred). Smart phone and or a computer is necessary. You will also need a meter capable of performing DOCSIS Test.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the following tasks, other duties may be assigned
-Install new service, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair or replace customer's existing equipment as needed
-Handle all customer complaints, questions and develop solutions
-Must maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and performance throughout the day
-Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards
-Provide the customer with the best service and promote a good relationship between the customer and the company
-Work closely with dispatch in accordance to company procedures
-Complete paperwork with each work order in a timely manner
in order to ensure all details of the work are recorded for entry in the
customer's account
-Assist with work overflow when needed
-Ability to work to meet both customer and company demands within a short timeframe
-Cnsistent and punctual attendance is required
-Follow all company policies and procedures
-Adhere to company safety policy
-Other duties as assigned
