Job Description
Experienced New hires are eligible for a signing bonus based on experience, all bonus rates are negotiable. New hire will receive half of bonus at the time of hire and receive the remaining half after 6 months of employment. New hire would be required to pay back the first half of the bonus if they leave or are fired from Tetra Tech before 3 months of employment.
6 months – 1 year of experience = $1000.00
1 year – 2 years of experience = $2000.00
2-4 years of experience - $3000.00
JOB DESCRIPTION: CERTIFIED CELL TOWER CLIMBER
* Experience with installation of power heads and all associated coax and fiber cables.
* Ability to read engineering construction drawings, plans, site plan, tower drawings.
* Install, connect and test tower LTE upgrades
* Cellular antennas/mounting
* Coaxial systems
* Site & equipment grounding
* Antenna mounts for all structure types
* Civil/tower construction, safety & quality assurance practices
Skills/Experience/Qualifications a plus
* 3G retrofit CDMA SNV
* LTE/CDMA SNV
* MPCS Mini Link TN/PT
* LTE/CDMA SNV
