Wanted drill operator and drop bury guys and crews

Drill operator needed Lincoln Neb. Drop crews needed all over MN and NE.
Starts
Work has already began just need more guys and crews.
Pay
Drill Operator $15 Hr to start will go up from there. Drop crews in house $10-$14 Hr. Subs to be discussed.
Qualifications
Must have 3 years of previous drilling exp running vermeer. Drop crews must have 1 year exp and the know how to do fittings and do the job right the first time. 100% QC. Subs must have insurance, tools, equipment, and trucks.
Other Requirements
Must have Drivers License.
Job Description
We have 1000's of drops on the ground ready for bury. We have bores all over as well. Drops must be 12" with no sprinklers and 8" with sprinklers. We take pride in our work and you must as well or you will not be here long. All work 100% QC and you will be back charged for anything not passing. Drop crews must have all equipment to do drops and driveway bores. Some areas require aerial cutovers. Jobs must be turned in everyday. Will train the right individuals.
