We are looking for in house employees and sub contractors. Experience is a plus, but not necessary for in house Employees. We are willing to train self motivated individuals.

All contractors must have their own vehicles, tools and insurance. We are looking for hard working, self motivated individuals. All employees must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

We are looking for an aerial construction crew with experience with fiber, coax, new build & damaged plant. Splicing knowledge is not mandatory but is definitely a plus!We are also looking for Fiber Splicers!! There is plenty of work available and this is a great opportunity to make a lot of money if you're willing to work hard.

We are also looking for 2 in house directional boring machine operators. You must have experience with locating.

We are also looking for MDU installers and drop bury technicians. We have many buildings to be wired and drops to be buried.
