Qualified applicants will posses the skills and experience required to lead and motivate a team of DIRECTV outside sales marketing professionals. A minimum 3 years D2D experience with a history of deal closing success is a must. Money must be a motivator. Training of new sales reps, continued training and motivation will be an integral aspect of this position. This individual must be self-motivated to push sales reps and self.

Must have valid driver license and reliable vehicle. Must be able to move efficiently door to door with your team.

This position is available to the leader who will display the desire and ability to succeed both as a team member and individual. We are seeking a self starter with prior team management/supervisor experience who understands that time in training and in the field with the sales team is what is required to see continued success. Development and implementation of sales goals and benchmarks will go hand in hand with contests, spiffs and bonuses for achievers. Marketing and Events will be utilized as an important element in the keys to success. This position requires the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint so computer literacy is required. Full support from our administrative team will be provided.
