Pay
Pay rate To be determine, dependent on interview. Paychecks are written bi-weekly.
Qualifications
Must have a very good hands on experience with OSP and ISP fiber Splicing and Testing. Basically looking for a lead splicer which then I will assign a helper for them.
Other Requirements
We will supply the vehicle and all tools and equipment.
Job Description
Most Splicing will take place in live splice enclosures that will require very good hand skill not to produce any alarms. You will be given a new ring drawing that needs to be spliced though out different location re-routing the fibers in specific enclosures in the field. All splicing notes will be documented and turn in every morning. Splicing Window is from 12 midnight to 6 am. Weekend work will be rotated among the different splicing crews.
