Round trip Airfare to report on site is provided, Local Housing is provided. Compensation to be based on Experience level.
Qualifications
Candidates must have 15 years experience in Telco related fields with 5 years in FTTH Projects. MDU Installation Experts, Experieced in MDU installtions, cable routing solutions and best practices. Fiber Splicing and Test. Triple play installation experience. Business penetration analysis. The candidates need to be able to Read, Write and Speak in the Spanish.

Job Description
This position is to provide field service audit services for a new FTTH project in Bogota Colombia.
The candidates will be required to spend 80% of the time reviewing local installation resources performance in the field.
Additional respnsabilitys will be to generate reports pertaining to the results of the field audits.
Position Requirements.
Spanish language skills, Reading, Writing and Verbal Fluency.
Underground OSP/FTTH substructure construction
OSP /FTTH fiber optic network installation.
Aerial placement(self support fiber optic cable)
Fusion splicing and testing (ribbon fiber optic and single)
Project planning, management and quality control of fiber optic FTTH projects.
MDU and FTU (multi units and business) fiber optic cable penetration.
FTTH Home and business installation and triple play activation.
System Design in all above related areas will be a plus.
Applicants must have at least 15 years of experience in Fiber Optic Network deployment in their specific field; 5 years minimum experience in FTTH projects. Project management, planning and logistics implementation must be reflected in your work experience.
This is not a production based position. Salary will be negotiated according to your experience.
