Education and Experience:
• 1-3 years relevant MSO/cable experience
• College degree in Marketing preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Web marketing is highly desirable
Job Description
We are looking for a self starter with Multiple System Operator(MSO)/Cable marketing experience who will be responsible for execution and production of Direct Mail, Print, Digital promotions, Branding Campaigns, and creative marketing material development for supporting Acquisition, Migration and Retention initiatives and events. Will support and instruct staff in meeting program objectives and measuring results with established tracking procedures. Knowledge of programming purchases by cable operators e.g., through organizations like NCTC is highly desirable and will be part of the core job responsibility.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Collaborates with Director of Marketing to create pricing structures and multi-level promotional opportunities, and to instruct in promotional concepts, processes, and procedures
• Manages programming purchases for the organization
• Skilled in MS Office software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong presentation skills and creative writing ability
• Assists Marketing Director in Digital Marketing
• Generates and submits reports on promotional activities and results
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and ownership, and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• Develops and maintains relationships with outside partners to build and implement promotions
• Ability to execute responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner
• Highly detailed and organized
