Qualifications
Candidates must have a working knowledge of the cable system or satellite cable. You will also be required to perform service calls, troubleshooting existing customer issues. Triple play work available.
Other Requirements
Candidates must have a clean background with no felonies or misdemeanors. You must have your own vehicle as well as tools, 28' ladder, and other necessary drop testing equipment. You also need to have a smart phone to access your work orders through your phones Internet plan.
Job Description
Install and troubleshoot cable services for commercial and residential customers. Accurately close out work orders using a PDA (smart phone). Every technician must perform a functionality test on the equipment prior to leaving the customers premise. Educate customers on their services and communicate with dispatch and supervisors effectively.
